Great D and K combo

"I really like that this is a liquid so I can control how much I take. I had been taking 10 drops a day and my blood value was 54. According to Quest, 30 or higher is good but I’d like it a little higher based off of the recommendations of some doctors that I follow, so I have bumped it up to 12 drops. Usually I don’t absorb Vit. D well but I am happy with these results. It’s very important that it has K added with a little bit of oil for better absorption."
