Change or Cancel Auto-Ship Subscription
You can edit your auto-ship subscription features anytime by accessing your Account Dashboard and selecting My Product Subscription. Once you are signed in, you can:
- Edit delivery intervals
- Cancel or pause subscriptions at any time
- Change or update payment information

Coupon Codes & Discounts
All eligible brand Auto-Ship orders (including reorders) will automatically include a 5% discount. Any coupon code used will combine with the automatic 5% discount, but it will apply to the initial order only.
Brands and products without the 5% discount displayed in the shopping cart area are not eligible for the Auto-Ship subscription discount due to manufacturer restrictions.
