COVID-19 Update

Due to the increase in demand for nutritional supplements because of COVID-19, we are experiencing some delays in shipping. About 90% of our shipments are going out the same day, but our warehouse on the east coast is experiencing much higher than average increase in orders. Some orders may take 2-3 days before orders are shipped. 

Some high demand products, mostly in the immune support category, are currently on back order with our brand partners. We are working with them to get product in as soon as possible. New shipments are arriving daily. The best way to stay informed when your favorite products arrive back in stock is to use the "Email When Available" button on the product page. This will send you a email as soon as they become available.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders! Blue Sky Vitamin offers free shipping with FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Next Day Air Shipping are available at the current rates.

Standard Shipping Times

Once your package has been shipped, below are the estimated standard shipping times* from each shipping carrier when free shipping is selected:

  • FedEx Express | 1-3 business days
  • UPS | 1-3 business days
  • USPS | 1-4 business days**

    ** Orders with a PO Box address will ship with USPS.

    Delivery Terms and Conditions

    Delivery dates are based on estimations provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Although most orders arrive within the estimated standard shipping time, there may be exceptions due to certain circumstances that are out of our control such as, but are not limited to:

    • Severe weather
    • Remote shipping locations
    • Issues with carrier
    • Incorrect billing or shipping address
    • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
    • Heavy shipping days (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas).

    These are all factors that may delay a shipment.

    Shipping Procedures

    Orders placed before 3 p.m. (CST) will process and ship that business day. Orders that are placed after 3 p.m. (CST), placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped promptly the next business day.

    We try hard to keep as many products in stock as possible, but in the rare case a product is back-ordered, we will contact you within the same business day.

    Temperature Sensitive Products

    All temperature sensitive products are shipped with a cold pack and thermal envelope to help maintain product integrity during the shipping process**.

    All orders with temperature sensitive products that are placed after 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday will be held and shipped on Monday (or next business day if there is a holiday) to ensure that they do not sit at a carrier's location over the weekend.

    ** Most temperature sensitive products do not require that they remain "Cold" during the shipping process. The ice packs are there to ensure they do not exceed room temperature during the shipping process. Most orders will arrive with melted ice packs and at room temperature. Please be sure to check with the manufacturer of the product if you have any concerns about shipping procedures.

    2020 Shipping Holiday Dates

    There will not be any shipping available the following dates due to holidays observed by shipping carriers:

    • Memorial Day | May 25
    • Independence Day | July 4
    • Labor Day | September 7
    • Thanksgiving | November 26
    • Christmas | December 24-25

    International Shipping

    Due to customs restrictions, at this time, Blue Sky Vitamin only ships within the United States.
