My probiotic and ice pack arrived warm/hot, is it still ok to use the product?

The probiotics are still perfectly fine to take, since there is nothing in the probiotics to spoil or go bad. The beneficial bacteria survive in our bodies at 98.6°. The probiotics are manufactured to withstand travel and it is expected that the cold pack will only stay cold for about the first day in transit - depending on the temperatures that it is exposed to. We suggest putting the unopened bottles in the fridge and letting them get cold again before opening.

Do supplements expire?

Supplements do expire, but they rarely become unsafe; rather, they lose potency and effectiveness over time, typically within 2 years of manufacture. While the FDA does not mandate expiration dates, manufacturers use them to guarantee full strength. Gummies and liquids degrade faster than tablets or capsules.

Key Details on Supplement Expiration:

  • Potency Loss: Expired supplements may not provide the intended nutrient levels.
  • Safety: They generally do not become toxic, but they should be discarded if they have an unusual odor or color change.
  • Storage Matters: Heat, light, and humidity accelerate degradation; avoid storing them in bathrooms.
  • Lifespan by Type: Water-soluble vitamins (like Vitamin C, B12) often lose effectiveness faster than fat-soluble ones (A, D, E, K).
  • Probiotics: These are sensitive and should usually be used by the expiration date. 

When to Discard:

  • If the supplement is discolored, smells bad, or the texture has changed (e.g., gummy vitamins becoming sticky or hardened).
  • If it is a liquid or probiotic that has been stored improperly.
What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, & Diners Club. We also accept Apple Pay & Google Pay.

How can I tell if a product is in stock or not?

Any out of stock products will have a “Sold Out” tag and won’t allow you to add the product to your cart. Select the "Email When Available" tab to get notified when the product comes back in stock.

How do I track my order?

Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS message containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

Can I return my order?

Returns are super easy! You may return or exchange any unopened product(s)* in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Heat sensitive products requiring an ice pack and cosmetics are excluded. Please don't hesitate to contact us regarding your specific order.

How do I initiate a return?
  1. Contact customer support regarding your return via phone, chat, or email to authorize a return. 
  2. Pack the items you're returning.
  3. Print the return label we email you and attach it to the package if applicable. Cover any existing shipping labels.
  4. Put the package in your USPS mailbox OR drop the package off at the nearest USPS location if it does not fit in your mailbox within 3 days of receiving the return label.
Are there return shipping fees?

In most cases, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. When the refund is provided we will deduct the return shipping amount.

However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using our provided prepaid shipping label for hassle-free returns.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $30! Blue Sky Vitamin offers free shipping with FedEx, UPS and USPS. Most Free Shipping orders arrive within 1-4 business days after the day of the order has been placed, but this is not guaranteed. 

Any order under $30 will incur a $5.99 standard shipping fee.

Next Day Air Shipping is available at current carrier rates. Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days. Most overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery is currently not guaranteed by any mail courier, so please keep this in mind when selecting this option.

Temperature sensitive items (i.e. Probiotics)

All temperature sensitive products are shipped with a free cold pack and thermal envelope to help maintain product integrity during the shipping process**.

All orders with temperature sensitive products that are placed after 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday will be held and shipped on Monday (or next business day if there is a holiday) to ensure that they do not sit at a carrier's location over a weekend.

** Most temperature sensitive products do not require that they remain "Cold" during the shipping process. The ice packs are there to ensure they do not exceed room temperature during the shipping process. Most orders will arrive with melted ice packs and at room temperature. Please be sure to check with the manufacturer of the product if you have any concerns about shipping procedures.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (1-4 business days) is free for orders $30+.

$5.99 for orders under $30.

Next Day Air is calculated at checkout based on current carrier rates.

When will my order ship?

We ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain holidays. Our same day shipping cut-off time is 3 p.m. CST. If your order is placed before then, it is typically shipped out that same day. If you place the order over a weekend or holiday, it will ship the following business day. If your order has an ice pack included and your order is placed after Thursday 2PM. This will be held for shipment until the following Monday.

When will my package arrive?

Typically, customers will see their orders within 2-4 business days after it has been shipped. Holidays and weekends are typically not shipping days and package time in transit will be longer during these times.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Blue Sky Vitamin ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time.

Sky Rewards/Discount Codes

Can I use my discount code and redeem loyalty points on the same order?

Discount codes and loyalty points cannot be combined for the same order.

How do I apply a Sky Rewards voucher code to a subscription I already have set up?

If you have enough reward points, you can find the rewards subscription discount code by going to “My Account” >”My Sky Rewards,” select a rewards voucher amount, and copy the code.

Go back to the “My Account” page and select the "Subscriptions” link. You should see your active subscription(s). Select the "Add discount" link. Paste the discount code & good to go!

What is the best way to use my Sky Rewards points on my one-time purchase order?

Make sure you are logged in. As long as your order is $65 or more there will be a redeem your points option at checkout. Select how many points you'd like to use and apply them.

You can also do this from the My Sky Rewards page by selecting the "Redeem Now" tab, copy the code, and paste it at checkout.
