Our return policy is that you may return or exchange any unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Excluded products where all sales are final: Temperature sensitive products, cosmetics, special order products. To view our return policy, please click here.

Discount codes and loyalty points cannot be combined for the same order.

Any out of stock products will have a “Sold Out” tag and won’t allow you to add the product to your cart. Select the "Email When Available" tab to get notified when the product comes back in stock.

If you have enough reward points, you can find the rewards subscription discount code by going to “My Account” >”My Sky Rewards” and selecting a subscription order reward amount. After that you will need to go to the “My Account” page and select “Manage Subscriptions”. Then go to the “Subscriptions” tab, and you should see a list of your subscriptions. Click on which product you wish to add the discount or voucher to. Located below the shipping and billing information, there is an “Add Discount” button. Click the button and enter in the code. Then click “Apply Discount Code.”

First you will want to go to your account page and click on “Manage Subscriptions”. Then go to the “Subscriptions” tab, and you should see a list of your subscriptions. Click on which product you wish to add the discount to. Then click on the discount that is currently applied and click the “Remove Discount” button. Once you have removed the discount code, click on the “Add Discount” button, which is located below the shipping and billing information. Click the button and enter in the code. Then click “Apply Discount Code.”

The probiotics are still perfectly fine to take, since there is nothing in the probiotics to spoil or go bad. The beneficial bacteria survive in our bodies at 98.6°. The probiotics are manufactured to withstand travel and it is expected that the cold pack will only stay cold for about the first day in transit - depending on the temperatures that it is exposed to. We suggest putting the unopened bottles in the fridge and letting them get cold again before opening.

If you are using a desktop or laptop computer you will use the green slider bar when entering in your information at check out, which is located on the right side of the screen under what you wish to purchase. Then select how many points you wish to redeem by sliding the bar and make sure to click the “Redeem for (dollar amount)” button.

If you are using a tablet or mobile device you will use the drop down menu when entering in your information at check out, which is located under the “Show Order Summary” tab at the top of the page. Then select how many points you wish to redeem and make sure to click the “Redeem for (dollar amount)” button.

We ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain holidays. Our same day shipping cut-off time is 3 p.m. CST. If your order is placed before then, it is typically shipped out that same day. If you place the order over a weekend or holiday, it will ship the following business day.

Typically, customers will see their orders within 2-4 business days after it has been shipped.
