Returns and Exchanges

Returns are super easy! You may return or exchange any unopened product(s)* in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

We work extremely hard to ensure that every order is filled as accurately as possible, but in the case that you received a product in error, we will correct the error as quickly as possible at absolutely no cost to you.

For any item(s) you may have ordered inadvertently, we will gladly take back any unopened products* within 30 day return window. We offer low cost shipping labels that can be emailed to you. The cost of the shipping labels that we create for you will be deducted from your refund amount once we receive it. Contact customer support for more information.

*Excluded products where all sales are final: Products requiring ice packs, cosmetics, special order products. 

Damaged Products

If you received a product that was damaged during shipping, please do not throw away the packaging or packing slip. Contact us immediately. We may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged product to help us process your claim. 

Refunds

Once a return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to placed the order with. Returns are processed 1-2 business days after receipt of return. You will receive an email after we have processed your return. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer support regarding your return buy either emailing us here or calling 1-800-743-1406 to authorize a return. 
  2. Pack the items you're returning.
  3. Print your return label and attach it to the package if applicable. Cover any existing shipping labels.
  4. Put the package in your USPS mailbox OR drop the package off at the nearest USPS location if it does not fit in your mailbox within 3 days of receiving the return label.
