Each tablet contains:  

  • Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide): 230 mg (approx. 55% DV)  

  • Proprietary Blend (600 mg): Triphala fruit extract (Amla, Behada, Harada), Senna leaf, Slippery Elm bark, Dandelion leaf, Psyllium Husk powder, Fennel seed, Black Cumin seed, Ginger root, Cinnamon bark, and Clove bud.
