    No Other Priobiotic Works

    "I've eaten yogurt and kimchi daily, I'm made my own kombucha, tried everything. The problem is, I take an antiviral pill daily and an antibiotic three times a week. I have to do it because I have a serious immune deficiency. Both these pills wreak havoc in my gut and I am constipated constantly. Licorice and prunes help only briefly. So do all other probiotics, including the ones I've tried to eat and drink. Only Spore Probio works for me. If I take two with my main meal, another one if I snack, I am regular and I am happy. This is an essential regimen for me. I just wish the capsules weren't so expensive."
