Nature's Way Ultimate Iron® is an iron softgel with vitamin C, vitamin B12, folic acid, and liquid liver fractions, from the former Enzymatic Therapy line. It supports healthy red blood cell formation. It also supports normal energy and stamina.

50 mg iron as ferrous succinate per 2 softgels (25 mg per softgel)
120 mg vitamin C, 200 mcg vitamin B12, and 666 mcg DFE folate (400 mcg folic acid) per 2 softgels
500 mg liquid liver fractions per 2 softgels
Contains soy (soybean oil, soy lecithin); gelatin softgel; not vegetarian
