"These were receommended to me by my acupuncturist, and they work great! I have used this product for about four months to help relieve tight shoulders and neck pain, which causes headaches for me. I can tell that it has helped because I have had only one headache since I starting taking them. Prior to that, I would get 1-4 headaches a week. I only wish Health Concerns would make a larger size. I take three tablets, three times a day, as directed. The small bottle (90 tablets) lasts only 10 days. Still, I prefer taking these to prevent the pain, instead of taking Excedrine to treat my headache after it starts."
