Suggested Use / Directions:
Shake bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle; use the measuring cap provided. Take on an empty stomach, approximately 30 minutes before a meal.

Adults and children from 12 years: 2 tsp (10 mL) twice daily.
Children 4–11 years: 2 tsp (10 mL) once daily

Liquid iron may cause surface staining to teeth; rinse mouth with water immediately after consuming.

Liquid iron may in some instances cause surface staining to teeth. Rinse mouth with water, or brush teeth immediately after consuming. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
Storage: Keep refrigerated after opening. Consume within 4 weeks.
