Multivitamin contains more than just your typical vitamins. It also contains Metafolin L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, which occurs naturally as folate. L-5-MTHF promotes a healthy heart, supports growth and increases the release of serotonin, which can help with proper sleep cycles. Pure Encapsulations formulated this supplement with choline.

Studies indicate that choline may be effective in promoting liver health.
