Nature's Way Prenatal Multivitamin is a daily vitamin and mineral formula for women who are pregnant, planning to be, or nursing. It provides folate, iron, iodine, calcium, and buffered vitamin C. It supports the added nutrient needs of pregnancy and nursing.

9 mg iron, 158 mcg iodine (from kelp), and 250 mg calcium per 2 capsules
100 mg buffered vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) and 5 mcg vitamin D3 per 2 capsules
