Nature's Way Umcka® Cold & Flu Relief Elderberry Syrup is a homeopathic syrup made with Pelargonium sidoides 1X, Sambucus nigra 3X, and other HPUS ingredients. It also has elderberry extract for flavor. Uses: shortens duration and reduces severity of symptoms associated with the common cold and throat, nasal, and bronchial irritations.
