Promotes a quiet, calm and restful sleep while providing soothing support for the nervous system.
Herbs on the Go: Bed Time comes in an intuitive format, making it easier to include herbs in your healthy everyday habits. It includes California Poppy prepared from whole Eschscholzia californica plants (root, leaf & flower) which are grown on our own Certified Organic farms in southern Oregon. The plants are harvested while in full flower, then milled at the last moment before extraction.
The herbs in this formula are individually extracted to provide a broad-spectrum of plant compounds. Herb Pharm assures herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then confirm it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb.
Suggested Use:
Shake well before using. Spray 4 times into mouth and swallow, 1 hour before bed and again at bedtime. Can be used during the night if needed. Limit use to 4 times per day. Best taken between meals.
