Sometimes, you might accidentally consume some of them because you did not know that they were there. Nature's Way's Gluten Defense was designed with the right digestive enzymes to help resolve the occasional gas, indigestion, and bloating that can occur. Each capsule contains amylase, Lactase I and II, Lipase I and II, Cellulase I and II, Sucrase, Phytase, and a Protease Blend. It is still recommended that you stick to your gluten and dairy-free diet, but Gluten Defense is there if you have an accident.
