Suggested Use:
Simply apply Palma Christi or Palma Christos Castor Oil to the white, absorbent side of the pack. It is best to have your pack laying on top of your heating pad, green side down, in order to warm the oil before applying it to the body. Then flip the pack onto your body and you are ready to go.

These pads are Disposable so your packs remain fresh and impurity free. May be used for approximately 8-12 applications when stored in a cool, dark area. Use a 2nd pad to place on your bed to protect the linens.
