Carlson Labs' EcoSmart Omega-3 is a dietary supplement for heart health, brain function, and vision support. It contains cholesterol, vitamin E, Norwegian calamari oil, and omega-3 fatty acids. Additional ingredients include Natural lemon flavor, mixed tocopherols. Soft gel shell: Beef gelatin, glycerin, and water.

Dietary cholesterol has little to no effect on blood cholesterol; hence, shouldn't cause fear of heart diseases. Rather, it helps digest fat and aids the production of vitamin D and hormones such as testosterone, estrogen, and adrenaline. Cholesterol also produces bile acids, which help the body digest fat and absorb important nutrients.
