Jarrow Formulas BoneUp® Three Per Day is a bone formula with calcium from whole bone microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA), plus vitamins D3 and K2 and key minerals. It supports bone strength and healthy bone density.

1,000 mg calcium per 3 capsules (333.3 mg per capsule) as StimuCal™ MCHA from free-range New Zealand calves
Per 3 capsules: 1,000 IU (25 mcg) vitamin D3, 45 mcg vitamin K2 (MK-7), and 350 mg magnesium
Also has vitamin C, zinc, copper, manganese, and boron
Bovine gelatin capsules; made without wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, nuts, or sesame
Available in 90 and 180 capsules
