Jarrow Formulas BoneUp® is a complete bone formula with calcium from microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA), plus vitamins D3, K2, and C and key minerals. It supports bone density and overall skeletal health. A full daily serving of 6 capsules gives 1,000 mg of calcium.

  • 333.3 mg calcium (MCHA), 166.7 mg magnesium, and 66.7 mg vitamin C per 2 capsules
  • 8.3 mcg (333 IU) vitamin D3 and 15 mcg vitamin K2 (MK-7) per 2 capsules
  • Also has zinc, copper, manganese, potassium, and boron
  • Bovine gelatin capsules; no wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish, or shellfish
