"I am very hap[y with this product . . . I have osteoporosis and have been searching for a supplement to improve my bone density. Metagenics is a high quality brand and I trust it. I like that is is non GMO and gluten free. The pills are fairly large but are still easy to swallow. Each pill has about 200 mg of calcium so it is easier to break up the recommended daily dose of 3 pills per day, one at each meal. The best thing about this product is that it is not constipating - every other calcium supplement I have tried is so binding that I have had to discontinue it after a week or two. I look forward to seeing improvement in my next DEXA test."
