"I am so glad to have this. No trouble sleeping anymore. I tried alot of other products. The one does the trick with no nasty after effects of sluggishness or lowered mood, even though it has some melatonin. Melatonin can depress ones mood. In this best rest formula it does not, for me. i take 2 tabs a night regularly."
