Herb Pharm Ashwagandha Extract is freshly crafted only from the whole dried roots of Withania somnifera plants grown to certified organic specifications. In order to provide you with the most potent and highest quality product possible, we use ashwagandha root that has been harvested by hand during autumn when it is most ready. It is then dried in the shade with great care to ensure that it maintains its optimal aroma, color and potency. After this, the active constituents are fully extracted.
