Aloe Vera is traditionally found in warm, tropical locations, like the Caribbean and South Africa, and has been used as a supplement for thousands of years. Nature's Way combines Aloe with Buckthorn, Cascara Sagrada, and Fennel Seed, to help support occasional constipation.*

Directions:
Adults and children over 15 years of age. Take one capsule at bedtime, or when needed, with a full 8 oz glass of water, juice or other liquid.
Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours.
Not recommended for children under 15 years of age.

Indications: For relief of occasional constipation and irregularity. This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours.
