Maintain your daily vitality with Gaia Herbs' Respiratory Mushroom Blend (also labeled as Reishi & Cordyceps). This therapeutic-strength formula combines two of the most revered adaptogenic mushrooms used in traditional wellness practices for centuries. Designed for those seeking long-term support for bronchial health and environmental resilience, this blend provides a concentrated source of fungal polysaccharides in a convenient, once-daily capsule.
Gaia Herbs utilizes 100% organic fruiting bodies—the part of the mushroom with the highest concentration of active constituents—rather than mycelium grown on grain. Each capsule is a 5x concentration, providing the equivalent of 2,500 mg of dry mushrooms to help you maintain a balanced and grounded respiratory system throughout the seasons.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I use Gaia Herbs Respiratory Mushroom Blend?
Adults should take 1 capsule once daily. For the best experience, adaptogenic mushrooms should be taken consistently over time as the benefits are cumulative.
What is the difference between fruiting bodies and mycelium?
The fruiting body is the fully formed "cap and stem" of the mushroom, which contains a higher density of beneficial compounds like beta-glucans. Gaia Herbs avoids using mycelium (the root-like structure) often grown on grain fillers.
What is a "dual extraction" process?
This means the mushrooms have been extracted using both water and alcohol. This process is necessary to pull out both the water-soluble polysaccharides (like beta-glucans) and the non-water-soluble compounds (like triterpenoids) for a full-spectrum supplement.
Is this product suitable for long-term use?
Yes. Traditional mushrooms and adaptogens are typically intended to be part of a daily, long-term wellness routine rather than a short-term solution.
Are the capsules vegan?
Yes, the capsules are made from organic pullulan, a plant-based polysaccharide derived from fermented tapioca, making them 100% vegan and gluten-free.
