MicroPQQ 30 vcaps by Progressive Labs is a dietary supplement for energy support and mitochondria health. It contains 10 mg of pyrroloquinoline quinone or PQQ in each daily vegetable capsule to support cellular function. 

Pyrroloquinoline quinone is a compound similar to a vitamin found in some foods such as spinach and kiwi. It is a powerful antioxidant that protects nerve cells, especially from damage. Free radicals occur naturally from specific internal metabolic processes or from exposure to harsh external environments. They can cause stress to the body, which in trunks damages cells and their functions. Antioxidants help to reduce the number of these free radicals by essentially disabling them. Mitochondria are responsible for producing the energy to keep cells functioning properly. PQQ may increase the cellular production of mitochondria, thus increasing energy.
