As a new and improved formula from Allergy Research Group, OcuDyne II contains a variety of minerals and vitamins. Its combination and high amounts of nutrients, including beta-carotene, lutein, retinyl palmitate and zeaxanthin, are intended to improve eye function.

OcuDyne II is suggested for improving macular degeneration, reducing the risk of cataracts and for potentially stabilizing or reversing cataracts. The eyes use carotenoids to remove toxins and free radicals from the inner eye. Similar to beta-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin, carotenoids show promise in supporting the function and structural integrity of the eye. Additionally, lutein, bilberry and zeaxanthin protect the eyes from cataracts.

Along with eye health, some people may use OcuDyne II as a general multivitamin because it has such a large array of healthy ingredients. Some of these include amino acids, antioxidants, bioflavonoids and minerals. The new formula adds alpha-lipoic acid, Ginkgo, lycopene, vitamin D and vitamin E-mixed tocopherols that are high in tocotrienols and gamma-tocopherols.
