As we age and go through life, the effects of smoke, dust, ultraviolet radiation, sugar, drugs, alcohol, poor nutrition, and reduced blood flow can severely damage the eyes. They can lead to conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and corneal disorders.
