AMD by Seroyal Genestra is a mineral supplement for total body health containing vitamin C, iodine, zinc, apple pectin, selenium, l-cystine and l-methionine. Both selenium and iodine are noted for their beneficial effect on thyroid health. Selenium on its own improves both mood and brain function. Vitamin C is well-documented to be a key component of a healthy immune system and the production of collagen, a protein used for the development of skin and tissue.
