Each Nature's Way Acidophilus Pearl softgel contains two strains of probiotics, L. acidophilus and B. longum. These are two of the most common in our gut, and they are hardy strains that remain alive and viable throughout the shelf-life of the product. You can take them with meals or between meals as you wish. If your system is out of balance, you only need to take one softgel capsule daily to restore your system to its natural balance.
