Sky Rewards Terms & Conditions

Sky Rewards allows customers to accrue Points that add up to rewards on blueskyvitamin.com. 

Earn points by purchasing your favorite products, referring friends, and writing reviews

• First you must create a Blue Sky Vitamin Account (your “Account”). When you create an Account, you will automatically receive 500 points
• As a Sky Rewards Member you will earn 10 Point for every $1.00 spent on purchases as a Silver Member, 12 Points for every $1.00 spent on purchases as a Gold Member, & 14 Points for every $1.00 spent on purchases as a Platinum Member; not including tax or shipping.
• You will earn 1000 Points for each approved product review that you post.
• Points can only be redeemed after 1000 points has been accumulated but there is no max limit to the amount of points you can redeem at any given time.
• Referral Point Rewards only apply to referrals to new customers to Blue Sky Vitamin. 

How to use Points & Rewards

• Blue Sky Vitamin sets the monetary value for points and may change the value at any time at Blue Sky Vitamin's sole discretion. At the date of the publishing of this Terms & Conditions Page 1000 points equals a 5 dollar reward.
• Sky Rewards Points can be redeemed at checkout towards your  purchases on your Account. The price of the products being purchased will be reduced by the value of the Points being applied (i.e.: $50 product, you apply 2000 points, leaves $40 due for the product.  Tax and shipping is applied to the original price if applicable).
• Points used towards purchases will be deducted from your Sky Reward Point balance. 

Duration of Point Value

• Points are only redeemable for One (1) year after being received. Once expired points are no longer redeemable in any way and under any circumstances.

Policies & Regulations:

• You are not allowed to maintain multiple Accounts. If we find that you are actively operating multiple rewards accounts we will block you from any further points accumulation.
• Only one (1) account may be maintained per household.
• Points cannot be recovered if a product is returned.
• Points cannot be combined with coupon codes or used in conjunction with gift cards.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or gift cards.
• Product review points are only applicable to products purchased through Blue Sky Vitamin and are verifiable (guest checkouts will not apply without email verificaiton). Product reviews are subject to review by Blue Sky Vitamin for appropriateness and relevancy. If deemed Inappropriate or Irrelevant to the proposed subject or Blue Sky Vitamin's audience as a whole, the review may be denied along with the points associated with it.
• Blue Sky Vitamin reserves the right to terminate an Account or the Points in an account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a user has misused the Account, the Points, or has otherwise violated any term of thes Sky Rewards Terms & Conditions. 
• Blue Sky Vitamin reserves the right to terminate an Account that remains inactive and has earned no Points for one (1) year. A new Account may be made in this scenerio.
• Blue Sky Vitamin reserves the right to cease the Sky Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice.
• By being a member of BlueSkyVitamin.com, customers agree to allow BlueSkyVitamin.com to contact them via all channels of communication.
• Sky Rewards Terms & Conditions and the underlying Sky Rewards Program are governed by the Blue Sky Vitamin Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistencies the terms in the Sky Rewards Terms & Conditions govern for purposes of the Blue Sky Vitamin Program.
