My airless pump bottle isn't dispensing any product. What should I do? 

InfiniWell uses airless pump technology to preserve the stability and longevity of the active peptides. If it won't dispense upon first use, you need to prime the pump:  

  • Tap the bottom of the bottle firmly against a hard surface a few times to loosen the inner plate.  

  • Place your finger completely over the nozzle opening and pump repeatedly until the cream begins to flow.  

  • Pro-Tip: Never unscrew the pump nozzle entirely. Doing so introduces air into the vacuum chamber and resets the mechanism.  

How long does it take to see visible results? 

Most users begin to notice initial improvements in skin texture and hydration within 15 to 30 days of consistent, daily application. In clinical trials tracking the core ingredients, a notable reduction in wrinkle depth can be seen after 30 days of ongoing use.  

Can I layer TRIO with the rest of my skincare routine?

Suggested Use / Directions:  

The airless pumps used in our skincare line are designed to dispense the product without introducing air, which helps preserve the integrity and longevity of the formula.  

How to prime your airless pump: - Tap the bottom of the bottle firmly (but not too aggressive) against a hard surface 3-4 times to help loosen up the plate.  - Place your finger over the opening and pump the product until it comes out. It can take up to a minute depending on the thickness of the product. 

Pro-Tip: Never unscrew the nozzle from the bottle as this will expose the product to air and reset the process of pumping air out of the tube entirely. If you are still unable to get the product to dispense, turn the bottle over and place a straightened paper clip in the small hole to help push up the plate.
