"I have done and do a lot of things to promote healthy gut biome; raw sauerkraut, home brewed kambucha, yogurt etc. so I never really thought I needed a separate supplement. After a friend raved about this I had to give it a try. I had never noticed anything in terms of health with my previous/current methods of promoting healthy gut so wasn't really expecting much but I have to say I was REALLY surprised.
