Great toxin binder

"My functional medicine doctor has me taking this as a positively charged binder. I take it first thing in the morning and have noticed a few things. In the process of doing my detox, I need to NOT be constipated. This helps with being able to go to the bathroom. It also helps me to feel a little fuller prior to eating my breakfast. I only take two at a time and started with just one. The instructions say up to 6 per day and I don’t know if I would ever be able to take that many. I would likely have to split the full dose between two meals. But I really do like this product and I believe it is working like it should."
