MVM-A by Allergy Research Group contains added nutrients such as N-acetyl-L-carnitine, which helps the body produce energy and is important for heart and brain function, and muscle movement, and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, which is the active form of folate. Folate is essentially a water soluble version of vitamin B9 that plays a significant role in cell maintenance and production, especially during cell division and growth.
