Methyl Complete by NutriDyn is a comprehensive methylation support formula providing L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF) — the biologically active form of folate — along with methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), and betaine HCl. These nutrients work synergistically to support normal methylation processes and normal homocysteine metabolism.

L-5-MTHF is the bioavailable form of folate that bypasses the enzymatic conversion steps required for folic acid, making it suitable for individuals who may have difficulty metabolizing dietary folic acid. Together with other B vitamins and minerals in this formula, it supports normal DNA function and normal hemoglobin function.
