Jarrow Formulas Ultra BoneUp® is a complete bone formula with calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2. It supports strong bones and healthy bone density. It uses MCHA calcium from bovine bone, which also supplies natural bone proteins and minerals.

400 mg calcium (MCHA) and 166.7 mg magnesium per 2 tablets
16.7 mcg (667 IU) vitamin D3 and 40 mcg vitamin K2 (MK-7) per 2 tablets
