Gastric Stress Formula by Gaia Herb is an herbal supplement that provides digestive support. It is made with traditional herbs that help soothe stomach upset including Organic Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) flower, Organic Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed, Organic Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) aerial parts, Organic Spearmint (Mentha spicata) leaf, Organic Catnip (Nepeta cataria) aerial parts, and Organic Ginger (Zingiber officinale) root.
It is rich in chamomile which improves symptoms of dysmenorrhea and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Chamomile contains anti-inflammatory properties and promotes restful sleep and relaxation. It also supports respiratory function and improves certain skin conditions. Organic fennel is rich in vitamin C, which promotes immune health by filling the body with antioxidants to combat harmful invaders. Vitamin C also supports tissue repair, and collagen synthesis.
The supplement is in liquid form and concentrated and should be diluted with water before ingesting.
