"Alot of us fail to realize the importance of taking in plenty of minerals. Nutri-Dyn is a great company that offers this opportunity. Some of us need to take extra minerals so that is why they offer their Essential Minerals. Minerals are best taken without food in between meals. "I have had to take minerals for over eight years now due to needing chelation for showing heavy lead and metal count during blood and urine testing. During chelation, minerals are depleted from the body so it is mandatory to replenish minerals in the body and not just with healthy food. I feel that I absorb the Nutri-Dyn minerals better than some I have taken in the past. These are what my medical doctor suggested, and I will stick with them. Most days, I am able to take them in the mid morning at least an hour or two after breakfast. I read that a person absorbs minerals better when there is less acidity in the body. Many of us unfortunately eat a diet that is more acid than alkaline...I would recommend this product because Nutri-Dyn is a reputable company. Just take them whenever it works for you as all of us, whether we have a chronic condition or not, need minerals and we don't get all we need in this world of high stress and depleted soils."
