Allergy Research Group's DIM Vitex PMS Formula is used by many women all over the globe for its many benefits and uses. It contains Vitex, diindolylmethane (DIM), and green tea extract. DIM Vitex PMS Formula contains 720 mg of Vitex, also known commonly as Chasteberry.

Possible Vitex benefits and uses may include:

  • Female acne related to hormones, decreasing premenstrual water retention, and reducing menstrual blood flow and PMS symptoms
  • Decrease and eliminating insomnia and anxiety
  • Reducing headaches and heartburn
  • Decrease uterine fibroids and increasing female fertility
  • Reducing heart disease
  • Help in eliminating hemorrhoids

DIM Vitex PMS Formula contains 75 mg of DIM. DIM is useful in alleviating some PMS symptoms, possibly block estrogen and may help with benign prostatic hypertrophy.

DIM Vitex PMS Formula has 600 mg of green tea. Green Tea is useful and beneficial for potentially: increasing mental alertness, decreasing headaches, aiding in weight loss, reducing the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome, and reducing vomiting and diarrhea.
