"I have been taking these Hair, skin and nails vitamin for at least the past year if not longer; my hair was at the top of my shoulders in 2022, now it is 21 inches long and becoming really thick (I have battled 2 cancers since 2020, did not lose my hair but it fell out by the handful at the start of treatment. ) so feeling the thickness is very exciting for me. My nails I keep short but have to cut them frequently and they are much stronger than they were before I started these vitamins. Oh yeah, did I mention that I am 71? These Hair, skin and nails vitamins really do work, only took a month to see a difference too. Love them."
