"This product is not available in many retail outlets but it is highly recommended. AN acupuncturist prescribed it for me several years ago, and I recommend it. I was cautioned by my acupuncturist friend that it is somewhat hypnotic and that it is n9t a good idea to exceed the recommended ionce a day dosage, and preferably to take it at night. THis seems to be very good advice as I found that if I took too much, it tended to make me drowsy. THe formulation, Carditone, is a blend of mostly Ayurvedic botanicals and there are two com0anies licenced to produce it. Ayush Herbs is my main go to fir this product, which I feel has enhanced my general health."
