Back 300 mg is approved for use by adults and children ages 6 and older, with each tablet designed to dissolve in the mouth. This special formulation contains a multitude of active ingredients that quickly help to address back pain and neuralgia, including Colocynthis 5X, Gnaphalium polycephalum 5X, Ammonium muriaticum 6X, Gelsemium sempervirens 6X, Rhus Toxicodendron 8X, Arsenicum album 10X and Chamomilla 10X. For best results, this medication should be taken at the first sign of symptoms.

Individuals who take Back 300 mg by Heel-BHI three times daily or as directed by their physician may expect to enjoy a number of possible health benefits:

Directions: At first sign of symptoms: Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 tablet every 1/2 to 1 hour until symptoms lessen, then continue with standard dosage. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. 
Standard dosage: Adults and children 12 years and older: 3 tablets per day, taking 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours. For children under 12, consult your health professional. Allow tablets to dissolve completely in the mouth, do not swallow.
