The best B Complex available!

"This is the best B Complex currently available. It’s very important to take B vitamins that are methylated, even if you methylate very well. The body can use the methylated version of B vitamins much more easily, and parasites don’t like the methylated version. Parasites actually love non methylated forms of B vitamins. Parasites are a very real health threat, even in developed countries. Antibiotics, among many other things, reduce stomach acid, making it very easy for a parasite infection to take hold. Pork harbors parasites even after it is fully cooked. For better digestion, and to absorb nutrients more effectively, take Betaine HCL, Integrative Therapeutics is the best brand for Betaine HCL. HCL supplementation is especially important if you get stomach bloat, heart burn, IBS, food sensitivities, Crohn’s disease, if you’ll have cross contamination to your food allergies, etc. Take 2 to 4 capsules depending on the meal. (The label of HCL can be confusing because the font looks like HC1 and other brands can look like HCI…) In addition to this B Complex, it’s still important to add a separate Methyl B-12. NOW brand of the Methyl B-12 is the best available. If the price is too high on this Xymogen B Activ, go with the Thorne Basic B Complex, which is also excellent."
