Nature's Way AM/PM PeriMenopause Formula™ is a hormone-free, two-tablet system for women in perimenopause. The AM tablet supports daytime energy and mood balance. The PM tablet supports relaxation and restful sleep.

  • AM tablet: 250 mg green tea extract (50 mg caffeine), 205 mg rhodiola, 40 mg chaste tree berry, 20 mg black cohosh
  • PM tablet: 200 mg valerian root, 100 mg hops, 50 mg L-theanine (Suntheanine®), 20 mg black cohosh
  • Hormone free
  • No gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, or gelatin
  • 60 tablets (30 AM and 30 PM)

Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or sensitive to caffeine. The AM tablet contains 50 mg of caffeine. If you take sedatives, tranquilizers, or any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. The PM tablet may cause drowsiness, so do not drive or operate machinery after taking it, and avoid alcohol.
