Dr. Formulated Probiotics Mood + 60 by Garden of Life is a probiotic which includes strains that support brain health and emotional well-being.  A daily dose is 2 capsules which contains 60 billion CFU probiotics, including strains L. helveticus R0052 and B. longum R0175 in the amount clinically shown to support mood, emotional well-being and relaxation.

Taking probiotic supplements, which are good bacteria that aid with digestion, is known to improve digestive health and regularity.  Digestive health and brain health are equally important because the stomach and brain are in constant communication with each other to regulate many body processes.  Garden of Lifes Mood+ also contains 350mg of organic ashwagandha and organic Alaskan blueberries which are shown to improve stress management.
