Biodesign has developed Methyl B12 5,000 mcg to provide the body with sustained energy. Those with low amounts of this vitamin in their system may be at risk for vitamin B12 deficiency. Symptoms associated with this condition include chronic fatigue, depression, headaches, constipation, and poor digestion.

Some of the active ingredients in this formula are folate, vitamin B6, and methylcobalamin. These essential components are designed to work synergistically in order to:
