"This product is heat sensitive. It was supposed to he shipped cold with an icepack. When I got this product in the mail it was hot!! It came with a tiny icepack that had melted down and the icepack was hot too!! The bottle was very warm and at this point I am not even sure if it‚Äôs any good.
