Best curcumin formulation

"Very happy with this supplement and this seller. I did a ton of research and found out that the most bioavailable form of curcumin is BioCurc, and this supplement by Nutridyn has the highest amount of it per pill and per cost. And of the four sites that sell it, Blue Sky Vitamin has the best points reward program that discounts the price over time more than the others, so it's a great deal! It's pretty small and easy to take because of its shape and gel-like capsule. Taking it allows me to keep my daily dose of NSAIDs a lot lower than I would otherwise need to manage my joint pain and bodywide inflammation caused by MCAS. Definitely recommend!"
