Calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) 33 mg

Valerian extract (root) 320 mg

minimum 0.2% Valerenic acid

Lemon Balm extract (leaf) 160 mg

Other Ingredients: Modified cellulose, Modified cellulose gum, Cellulose, Aqueous coating solution, Stearic acid, Titanium dioxide, Silica, Riboflavin, Carmine

Recommended Dose: Take 1 to 2 tablets one hour before bedtime. Up to three tablets may be taken.
