Its ingredients include 300 mg of artichoke leaf extract and 150 mg of Milk Thistle seed. It contains 5% caffeoylquinic acid, a product found in artichoke leaves that increases metabolism. The supplement works by increasing the production of bile, which is instrumental in the breakdown of fat. Recommended dose is 2 capsules twice per day with a meal.
